Place homes and shops beside roads. Residents move in when their home has a road route to a shop. Parks improve happiness.

Connected residents earn tax revenue each day. Roads and buildings have upkeep. Add alternative routes to spread traffic. Use Public facilities to provide emergency care, transport, schools and larger businesses. City services shows coverage, risks and incidents. Connect services before emergencies displace residents.
